Toward easier use

With a structure enabling fastening with just one bolt, mounting and removal are possible even after piping installation. Leak testing is also easily possible after mounting, with no interference with the leak test port.

Reliable fastening capacity

In our proprietary structure, the fitting rotates in the closing direction when the bolt is fastened, preventing fitting loosening due to the mounting method.

One-touch lock valves

One-touch lock valves

The handle can be easily and solidly locked to prevent misoperation of manual valve handles. 
Selection is possible for the low-pressure KD Series and high-pressure NRD Series diaphragm valves.

One-touch lock valves

  • Lock and release operation is possible one-handed. Lock release is easy--just push the lever down--while rotating the handle when locking fits the lever automatically into the handle groove, ensuring a solid locking effect.

  • Two types of locks (closed side and open/closed sides) are available.

  • Selection is possible for the low-pressure KD Series and high-pressure NRD Series.

Quick turn valves

Quick turn valves

These valves, for use with high purity liquids in semiconductors, liquid crystal, LEDs and so on, have dependable open/close action with no intermediate degree of opening, developed as a safety measure. 
Quick turn valves use spring force to force the handle into the closed or open position, so that the handle display and valve open/close status match perfectly, enhancing visuality as well.

Features

  • The spring turn structure invariably retains either CLOSE or OPEN status.

  • The valve open/closed status can be confirmed with a glance from the butterfly handle and OPEN/CLOSE display.

  • Operability is improved with the comfortable butterfly handle.

  • Diaphragm open/close for high reliability and durability (performance values: 20,000 times or more)

  • Products with electropolished gas contact surfaces are also available. Used in high purity gas lines such as semiconductor manufacturing applications.
